ATHLETES THREAD GAMES IS A FREE-TO-PLAY PREDICTION GAME. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PLAY, EARN POINTS, OR REDEEM REWARDS. THIS IS NOT GAMBLING. ALL POINTS AND REWARDS HAVE NO CASH VALUE.
By accessing or using Athletes Thread Games (the "Service"), operated by College Thread LLC DBA Athlete's Thread ("we," "us," or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We reserve the right to modify point values, earning rates, and redemption options at any time without notice. Points may expire or be forfeited if you violate these Terms or if your account is terminated.
All rewards available through the Service:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any reward program at any time without prior notice. Only one account per person is eligible for rewards. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.

Athletes Thread Games is an independently operated sports prediction platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with any professional or collegiate sports league, team, conference, or governing body, including but not limited to:
All team names, league names, logos, uniform designs, and other identifying marks referenced on this platform are trademarks of their respective owners. Any use of these marks is solely for purposes of identification and informational reference in connection with our prediction game. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation is implied.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE VALUE OF REWARDS YOU HAVE EARNED IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless College Thread LLC DBA Athlete's Thread, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Time Limitation: Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
The following provisions shall survive termination: Sections 4 (No Cash Value), 10 (Third-Party Trademarks), 11 (Disclaimer), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. We may, but are not obligated to, notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
