Athletes Thread Games is an ongoing promotional contest with the following periods:
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest period at any time.

To enter the promotion:
Entry is completely FREE. No payment is required at any point. No purchase will increase your chances of winning.
Limit: One (1) account per person. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification. All entries must be made by the individual entrant.
Points are earned as follows:

Points are for ranking and reward redemption purposes only. Points cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, or converted to cash.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify point values and scoring rules at any time.
At the end of each monthly period, prizes are awarded as follows:

Winners are determined based on total points accumulated during the contest period.
Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the tied point total first (earliest timestamp) will be ranked higher.
Winners will be notified via email at the address associated with their account within seven (7) days after the end of the contest period.
Winners must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Potential winners may be required to:
Failure to comply with verification requirements, or if any information provided is found to be false or inaccurate, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

All team names, league names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. No sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
Governing Law: These Official Rules and any disputes arising from this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Jury Waiver: Entrants waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from this promotion.
Class Action Waiver: Entrants agree that any claims must be brought in their individual capacity and NOT as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Information will be used for administration of the promotion and as described in the Privacy Policy.
